SleepBit, LLC, formerly known as RPSGroup, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “SleepBit, LLC”) designs products and tools that collect data and information about an individual’s sleep related health and airflow during sleep that allow for a determination of an individual’s degree of risks for abnormal airflow during sleep. Through the use of these products and tools, a customized profile is created regarding an individual’s risk for abnormal airflow during sleep, which enables that individual to more easily make an informed decision as to whether to seek professional medical consultation.
DATA COLLECTED BY SLEEPBIT, LLC
1. WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SLEEPBIT APP
When you download and purchase the SleepBit App, you will have to enter certain information, such as your SleepBit Device order number, your device serial number, your user name and password, and provide answers to questions regarding your sleep habits and patterns.
2. WHEN YOU CREATE A SLEEPBIT ACCOUNT
You will be able to create a SleepBit account that will contain personal information about yourself, such as your name, email, address, phone number, and credit card information, the results from your sleep cycles, airflow data, health survey, and any other information that may assist us in addressing the potential risks associated with abnormal airflow during sleep.
3. WHEN YOU ADD INFORMATION TO YOUR ACCOUNT
You can customize your SleepBit Service experience by adding other types of information to your account. Whenever you add this type of data, we collect it and store it in your SleepBit account.
4. WHEN YOU SYNC YOUR DEVICE
After you complete the health survey and sleep cycle, the data from that cycle will be transmitted from your SleepBit Device to the SleepBit App by Bluetooth technology. This data is then stored on the SleepBit App and transferred to SleepBit, LLC. SleepBit, LLC will then use this data to inform you of your airflow patterns during sleep and the risks associated with those patterns based on your health survey.
